Join our Dutch Customer Experience Team
We are excited to announce immediate openings for Dutch Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to support customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction. You will undergo comprehensive training by certified instructors, equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
As a Dutch Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
- Tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
- Assisting customers with account management and password security
- Setting up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalating unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Fluency in Dutch
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
- Prior customer support experience (advantageous)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
