Key Responsibilities:
As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding Guest Service to Guests with disabilities, ensuring that their needs are met and their experience is exceptional
- Registering Guests for the Disability Access Service, utilizing your knowledge of our services and products to provide personalized support
- Supporting Guests with their digital experience through our website and My arenaflex Experience application
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless Guest interactions and resolve any issues that may arise
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Sales and Service experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Knowledge and interest in arenaflex property, products, and services
- Technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
- Strong problem-solving decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve their accessibility needs
