Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling all aspects of customer interactions, including tagging and reserving spots for travelers, loading and unloading luggage, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Proactively welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our available innovation choices to ensure a superior, quicker, and more enjoyable airport experience.
- Emphasizing the positive image of arenaflex and showcasing our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Keeping customers informed while ensuring seamless administration conveyance.
- Productively facilitating with internal assets while working under pressure and time limitations to dispatch trips on time.
- Performing various duties as indicated by the practical workspace task, including cross-training and adapting to changing roles and responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish in both spoken and written communication, with Catalan also being an asset.
- Valid work authorization to work in the USA at the time of application.
- Ability to work a fixed or potentially rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in typing at least 30 WPM to utilize our specialist's PC set.
- If currently employed by arenaflex, you must perform acceptably in your current position.
- Demonstrated commitment to security and confidentiality when handling personal information.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles.
- Strong focus on well-being and safety of self, others, and personal information.
- High school certificate, GED, or secondary school equivalency.
- Age 18 or older.
Preferred Qualifications
