Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for a part-time remote data entry position. This role is vital for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of our data management systems. As a data entry specialist, your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and maintain various data sets related to airline operations, customer information, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

* Entering and updating customer data into our database system with a high degree of accuracy.

• Reviewing and verifying data before input to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Assisting in data cleanup and identifying discrepancies in departmental records.
• Generating reports and summaries based on data collected for management review.
• Collaborating with other team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency.

• Responding to inquiries related to data entry tasks from team members and management.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management.
• Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
