Job Description

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to balance your time between our remote office and home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents.
• Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity.
• Perform analysis of complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications.
• Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile.
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners.

Essential Deliverables

• Testimonial of subscription deals or transfer requests.
• Client/Advisor account exceptions.
• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3).
• Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks.
• Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies.
• Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding.

Trouble Addressing

• Internal/External system improvements or concerns.
• Root cause of ruptures between TDA, the Fund, etc.
• Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management.
• Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm.
• Client or Company Companion Service.
• Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility.
• Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues.
• Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with data entry software and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Experience working with CRM software and systems.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
