Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Business Analyst at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and design solutions
- Developing and maintaining complex data models and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Creating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of solutions
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet their needs and expectations
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and process optimization
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business analysis
- 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- A bachelor's degree in a field such as business administration, computer science, or mathematics
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation
Preferred Capabilities
While not required, the following capabilities would be a plus:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role
- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
- Familiarity with a programming language like Python or R
- Experience with statistical modeling tools like R or Python
