Job Description

As an arenaflex Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will utilize your communication skills to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.

  • Address customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions.
  • Process orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Educate customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting preferred.
