Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient communication, resolving issues, and promoting a positive and supportive environment. This is a part-time remote position, and you must reside in the Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide positive customer experiences by answering incoming calls, after hours, in a timely and efficient manner to support operations throughout the company.
- Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences.
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment.
- Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.
- Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results.

Requirements
* Ability to work 2nd shift and every other weekend
- High school diploma
- One (1) year experience in customer service
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
- Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems.
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time.
- Travel is required for training and onsite orientation
