The Role
As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and proactively addressing any issues that may arise
- Responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicating with various departments, including Operations and Product, to resolve issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing
- Supporting the onboarding process for new customers, including creating accounts in our database and verifying telephony setup
- Maintaining our knowledge base for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOPs
- Tracking and documenting all happenings in HubSpot and following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week
- Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

What sets you up for success
* 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role
- Flexible/open availability
- Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency
- Accountable & Independent: self-directed and take pride in your work, with a clear investment in your own professional growth and the growth of the company
- Tech savvy: computer-savvy with CRM/ticketing system experience preferred but not required
