Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Patient Support/Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding service, ensuring seamless interactions, and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer calls, emails, and/or other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals
- Handle incoming calls and outbound calls per shift, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
- Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient's medication as needed, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services, providing clear guidance and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and implement process improvements
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and data entry systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of pharmacy and medical terminology
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems
