Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in assisting passengers with their travel needs while providing exceptional service from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries. You will also provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and general travel assistance, address and resolve customer complaints, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
