Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative - Sales, you'll play a crucial role in sustaining customer relationships and preventing churn. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized and timely solutions to customers through various channels (calls, chats, emails, etc.)
- Leveraging solution-based retention strategies to address customer needs and reintroduce the value and benefits of arenaflex's products and services
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting monthly retention goals, and fostering customer loyalty
- Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers by using problem-solving to deescalate issues and reverse cancellation requests into save opportunities
- Working in a fast-paced environment that handles a high volume of customer interactions
- Using multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintaining customer records
- Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Performing basic troubleshooting and/or engaging Tier 3 support to resolve customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks (Internet, voice, and data services)
- Cross-training to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support

- Competitive hourly rate ($16.40 - $22.42/hour) + up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met

Requirements:
* Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation (day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours)
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Alignment with WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.)
- Participation in workspace audits (remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
