As a key member of our National Campaigns Unit, you will play a vital role in providing shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients.

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound, outbound, and email responses. You will work closely with internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson, to provide shareholder communications that effectively address the needs of individual investors. Your primary objective will be to convey the message that management has the best interests of shareholders in mind, while also directing them on how to vote in contested proxy meetings.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide shareholder communications through inbound, outbound, and email responses
- Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and develop effective communication strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and voting procedures
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with individual investors and address their concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of shareholder communications campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and shareholder communications
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
- Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy voting procedures
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Equipment Requirements
* MacBook (not preferred, but must be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)
- Headsets (USB headsets only, no wireless)
- Dual monitors (benefited, but not required)
- Ability to come off mute when called on and participate in chat when asked to complete tasks
- Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
