Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Primary Point of Contact: You'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and company, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- EDI Data Entry: You'll be responsible for processing EDI data entry, including complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
- Order Processing: You'll process purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notifications, and invoicing systems for all EDI orders.
- Customer Communication: You'll handle inbound and outbound calls from/to wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers.
- Problem Ticket Processing: You'll process incoming problem tickets from Distributors and Direct Customers.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience
in order processing, EDI, and customer service.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
