Job Summary
As a Customer Service Remote Agent Ideal for College Students, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, while also meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Schedule appointments for home repair companies
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
- Ability to work weekends
- Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
- Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- PC with at least Windows 7
- Dual monitors
- USB headset
- Consistent reliable high-speed Internet access
