Job Summary

As a Customer Service / Logistics Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing logistics operations, and performing administrative tasks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner, resolving any issues that may arise, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our sales team, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Manage logistics operations, including scheduling trucks, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking shipments
  • Process orders, calculate charges, and manage payments
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and escalate issues to superiors as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, including spreadsheets and customer information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and reporting

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Sage, data entry, Excel, and rail websites (CSX & NS)
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and dependability
  • Ability to work in a team-setting, helping others, and respecting social distancing and concentration
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Effective time management and organization skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Understanding of arenaflex's products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to participate in continuing and professional development webinars as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field

  • Familiarity with hazmat training and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience with CRM software and other administrative tools
