The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers. You will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to advance your career across the entire arenaflex network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns, providing personalized solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process transactions, including refunds, payments, and order placements
- Analyze account data and provide recommendations to improve customer experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting rate: $15.00/hour
- Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years
- Pay for Performance incentive program, paid out monthly to eligible team members

- Paid time off, holidays, and additional benefits
System Requirements:
* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
- High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
- Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
Training Schedule:
* Paid training period, with attendance and participation required
- Orientation and training will begin on Monday, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
- Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
