Your Typical Day
As a Customer Service Associate I (Remote), you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls. Here's a snapshot of what your typical day might look like:
- Answer 40-50 calls per day: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with payment options: Help customers understand their payment options, including escrow items and general mortgage information.
- Discuss customer benefits: Share information about our customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
- Support customers in need: Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- 6 months or more of call center experience: Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call handling and resolution techniques.
Additional Details
* Hourly rate: $15.00 per hour
- Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training: Receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
- Attendance requirements: Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training.
- Hours of operation: Monday through Thursday, 7am to 8pm; Friday, 7am to 7pm; and Saturday, 8am to 12pm.
