Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving English inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Placing outbound calls to existing clients and customers to provide support and answer questions
- Maintaining a working knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Meeting Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- English language proficiency (required)
- Strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to understand customer concerns and objectives
- A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a willingness to continuously improve and develop your skills
- Goal-oriented with professional work ethics and a customer-centric approach
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Leadership skills to mentor and support colleagues in a team environment
- Reliable transportation (not required, but preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (1 year or more, preferred)
Work-from-Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need:
- A PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
- A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
