Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the crucial link between our clients and our organization. You'll be responsible for managing customer requests, optimizing cargo operations, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Efficiently manage customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity through various channels of communication

  • Support marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness on arenaflex news & services
  • Maintain and strengthen close customer relationships at all levels
  • Ensure correct billing to customers by controlling bookings and Air Waybills and making corrections
  • Strengthen outdoor sales efforts by supporting rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, and reports
  • Prioritize workloads to enable swift and competent response to internal and external inquiries
  • Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements

* Associate's degree preferred

  • IT applications: Good MS office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Logistics or customer service training is an asset
  • Experience in customer service and/or operations
  • Ideally experienced in air cargo/logistics and/or aviation environment
  • Good command of French and English language: fluent in speaking and writing
  • Any other languages are an advantage
  • Good interpersonal communication skills verbal and written (email, letter, internet)
  • Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces
  • Impeccable customer service attitude
  • Initiative, reliable, and quality-oriented working attitude
  • Flexibility to work on different functions within the department
  • Willingness and ability to travel
