The Role: Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers' orders and enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Taking inbound calls from customers and responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing quotations and processing orders with precision and accuracy
• Operating and maintaining spreadsheets to track customer interactions and sales data
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Producing weekly reports to analyze customer trends and identify areas for improvement
• Raising contracts and discussing with customers to ensure seamless execution of orders

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive:

• A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am - 5.30pm

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A proven track record in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment
• Experience in the hire industry would be advantageous, but not essential
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize your workload
• Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient skills in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word
