Responsibilities & Expectations
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering superior customer service and customer experience through prompt and professional interactions with external and internal clients
- Responding to routine customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, or in-person, and transitioning service opportunities into referral or sales interactions
- Accurately processing financial transactions, including transfers, refunds, and other internal bank transactions, while minimizing risk exposure and maintaining quality production
- Collaborating with other departments to provide an enhanced customer experience and resolving customer concerns through effective communication and critical thinking
- Referencing or selling bank products and services to match customer needs, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth
- Demonstrating compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Equity Bank Business Ethics and Conduct policy, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Information Security, and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements
- Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, adhering to bank and retail operating procedures, and performing other duties as assigned or required
Required Skills & Education
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or related field
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze, investigate, and achieve results
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to determine solutions
