Job Description
As a Contact Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responding to customer requests, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives or management as needed.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
