The Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Real, VA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our Evaluating system and helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Working closely with our outreach team to support the RFP process and create customized valuing structures for our clients
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customized solutions that meet our clients' needs
- Analyzing shipment volume and revenue to determine the effectiveness and profitability of our valuing structures
- Developing creative solutions to drive high margins and meet our clients' needs
- Assisting with the development of overall rates and rules for sales to use in setting rates for individual clients
- Understanding aircraft costing tables and being able to challenge or question when necessary
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we're always providing the best possible service to our clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong passion for delivering customized solutions that drive high margins and meet our clients' needs
- Related experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field, or experience working in an information/financial analysis role supporting valuing propositions and rate structures
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- The ability to perform multiple tasks and respond to impromptu evaluating demands
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
