Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for users seeking help or training. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Joining Zoom calls for customer support and training sessions to provide expert guidance and support
- Occasionally testing new features and updates before they go live to ensure a seamless user experience
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and escalating issues when needed to ensure prompt resolution
