Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and driving business results
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
