Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading complex and detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired outcomes to meet the objectives/purpose of allocated items.
  • Working with Item Administrators and SMEs to prioritize feature development, based on business value.
  • Eliciting and creating user stories/includes and elaborating into client scenarios that clearly portray the functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conveying business requirements through artifacts, such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance measures based on client stories, process flows, wireframe diagrams, connection charts, mockups/demos, etc.
  • Collaborating with a multi-functional team within a Scrum structure.
  • Leading work meetings and reporting new features, requirements, and techniques.
  • Oversight of testing, bug tracking, enhancements while ensuring issues are resolved before elevating to production conditions.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and balance continually evolving needs.
  • Using data and analysis to drive process-driven decisions and influence arrangement.
  • Developing business rationale and key metrics for integration into decision support models and tools.
  • Building issue explanations including issue description and improvement measures.
  • Drilling down past the issue surface to understand root cause.
  • Conveying suggestions and supporting data to determine strong, coherent, and justifiable business reasons.
  • Providing guidance to project planning and effort assessment within scope.
  • Supporting the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.
  • Ability to collaborate with, as well as create and maintain internal client relationships with specialty unit leaders.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

* 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar.

  • Knowledge of Agile philosophy and principles; ability to apply suitable Agile methodologies in the cycles of software development and delivery.
  • Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production.
  • Knowledge of tools, strategies, and procedures of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze, and record expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
  • Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Should have excellent preparation and organizational skills, solid verbal, written communication, and assistance skills.
  • Should perform adequately in current position.
  • Regularly focuses on health and safety of self, others, and personal data.

What Will Give You an Upper Hand (Preferred Qualifications)

* Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC development approaches

  • DevOps experience including the use of point-of-business Agile planning tools like Agility.Al or similar.
  • Past experience as a product owner including ownership for its development and execution.
  • Adaptability to adjust and anticipate changing business goals.
  • Airline business experience, as well as business process re-designing and broad experience working with Agile teams, is attractive.
