Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing data with speed and accuracy, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that data is entered accurately and efficiently, and that our clients receive the highest level of service. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process data with speed and accuracy, using a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use Outlook and Teams to communicate with team members and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data input, using a variety of software applications.
- Transcribe data from source material into computer-compatible format, using a variety of software applications.
- Proofread and edit own work, exercising some judgment in determining letter and report formats.
- Maintain records of data input, using a variety of software applications.
- Provide key support for functional groups, including performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data, making computations, laying out and preparing reports, processing and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.
- Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
- Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote environment.
