Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing top-notch support, addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
- Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service and addressing any further concerns.
- Completing after-call information and data entry to the system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with our team.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
- Current residency in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
