Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of arenaflex, fielding real-time calls and chats from customers globally. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through Amazon chat, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
- Work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with Amazon chat or similar platforms a plus

- Experience working in a call center or virtual environment
- Knowledge of fashion and style a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
