The Role As an Office Clerk – Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our accounting department in organizing invoices and maintaining accurate records. This is a limited duration project assignment, and we're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Filing, scanning, and photocopying historical accounting documents according to document retention policies * Organizing current invoices, ensuring missing invoices are tracked and found * Maintaining a filing system that's accurate and up-to-date * Assisting the accounting department in maintaining clean records * Filing paperwork digitally and manually as necessary * Performing other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus * Proven experience using scanning tools * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles * Ability to lift 20-30 pounds Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in data entry software and systems * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
