Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to answer their questions, resolve their concerns, provide information, and offer assistance.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Assisting with sales by providing product information and facilitating purchase decisions.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and accurate responses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of handling chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop).
  • A commitment to work independently with a minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Work Hours & Location
