Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor our products and services accordingly
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and informed guidance to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Texas General Lines P&C license (or willingness to obtain)

  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong computer and telephone skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with insurance products, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance

  • Knowledge of insurance regulations, laws, and industry standards
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
