Job Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to our clients, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* One-year relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of concentration and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with web-based systems and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Computer skills include: MS Office Suite and navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to effectively work at home and maintain a productive work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales and service principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
