Job Responsibilities

As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries on various marketplaces using our ticket system
  • Answering customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Processing customer complaints, returns, and disputes efficiently and effectively
  • Managing returns and ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Working efficiently and solution-oriented to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrating intercultural understanding to effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency in German at a C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling phone calls and other tasks
