Job Summary
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our high standards. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, and using various collection strategies to collect on past due bills. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls to answer customer questions and work towards a solution (40-50 calls per day)
- Make outbound calls to customers when available (90-120+ calls per day) and use various collection strategies to collect on past due bills
- Answer customer questions regarding bills and offer options on how to pay or negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangements
- Manage and review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create a request for resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Proven ability to perform well with upset customers face-to-face or over the phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Basic computer skills, including restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing
- Ability to multi-task, with strong listening skills and proven reliability/punctuality in past positions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of collection strategies and techniques
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
