Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for processing incoming orders and returns, preparing and sorting documents for data entry, reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, and performing other office tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

* Process incoming orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner

  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate
  • Review and enter data updates in our systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Review discrepancies in data received, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Organize monthly sales reporting, providing accurate and timely information to our team
  • Perform all other office tasks as required, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing administrative support

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in data entry or other related fields, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices

  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and speed
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
