Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner. This is a remote position that requires a high level of independence, organization, and self-motivation. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that customer inquiries are handled effectively
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

* Previous customer support experience in a remote environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and communication tools
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
