Job Summary

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in matching clients to the products and services they receive as part of their benefits packages. You'll be responsible for inbound and outbound calling, client policy reviews, new enrollments, and servicing requested benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calling to schedule new appointments and follow up with clients

  • Client policy reviews and new enrollments to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Servicing requested benefits for clients, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Organizing and managing daily workflow and processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Collaborating with management and team members to achieve sales and service goals

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a union or association setting

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently with the support of management, with a focus on self-motivation and initiative
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with benefits and services, including union and association programs

  • Knowledge of sales and service principles, including consultative selling and relationship-building
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other technology tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations
