Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements.
- Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate them to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or similar environment.
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry and terminology.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
