Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
• Working with our food program and other areas of the store to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Interacting with customers daily, providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, and working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
• Selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
• Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude and having fun
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals, coming up with great ideas to solve problems, and thinking quickly to offer suggestions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career and a willingness to learn and have fun
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and potentially climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
