Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the key contributor in responding to various customer inquiries, working in a collaborative environment where every day brings new challenges. Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email)

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues
• Escalate more complex product-related issues to appropriate departments
• Troubleshoot customer problems and determine resolutions
• Track and document inbound support requests
• Update customer information accurately
• Meet job performance standards
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• 18 years of age or older
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems
• Experience in customer service preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of customer service experience

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong listening skills and logical problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
