Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Chat Operator to join our team. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers through live chat, email, and phone

  • Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on customer engagement and community building

  • Familiarity with automotive industry software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
