Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver high-quality results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
- Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Creating test plans and test cases
- Organizing and maintaining the team backlog
Responsibilities
* Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that all requirements are well-defined and testable
- Attend requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements with stakeholders
- Document requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Create test plans and test cases to ensure that all requirements are thoroughly tested
- Organize and maintain the team backlog, ensuring that all tasks are prioritized and assigned to team members
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
* No prior programming knowledge is required for this role
- Highly motivated individuals seeking career advancement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
