Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dedicated team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and making a positive impact on our customers' lives. You'll work in a designated retail location, where you'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. You'll also be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
- Assist customers with questions they may have, providing solutions and resolving issues
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are accurately processed and stored
Requirements
* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve issues and make decisions
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
