Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
