Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: - Handling customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and support through inbound calls - Utilizing probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs - Meeting sales targets and managing objections to reduce churn - Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to deliver exceptional customer experiences - Working with leading technologies and systems to provide seamless support to our guests
What We Offer:

Competitive Pay Rate:
$15.00 - $20.00/hr -
Flexible Schedule:
8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST) -

Qualifications:

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities and a driven approach to solving problems and meeting goals -
Experience in Customer Service and Sales:
A proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing objections -
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools:
Experience with Microsoft Office tools and a willingness to learn new technologies -
High School Diploma or Equivalent:
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales
