Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and solutions to our clients' customers. You'll work from home, using your own computer and equipment, and will be trained to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and needs

  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience
  • Provide information about current plans and products, and identify new solutions that align with customers' needs
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Work in a highly structured environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and goals

Requirements

* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)

  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years old and high school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, secured workspace

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability (evenings and weekends required)

  • Ability to change positions before 6 months of service with manager approval
