Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat software. You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites, providing prompt and friendly customer support, and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Contract Length and Pay Rate
This is a remote work position that offers flexibility and autonomy. There is no fixed term for this position, giving you the freedom to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25 - $35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.
Skills and Background Needed
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
- A reliable internet connection
- Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
