Job Summary

As a BPO Customer Care Voice Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other written formats. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a helpful and collaborative manner. Your expertise will be valued as you navigate complex customer concerns, leveraging your knowledge of our clients' products, policies, and procedures to deliver seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and written formats to provide exceptional customer service

  • Evaluate customer interactions based on quality, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and punctuality
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to our business, including HIPAA guidelines and procedures
  • Provide accurate information in a helpful and collaborative manner to callers through thorough knowledge of our clients' products, policies, and procedures
  • Capture and document customer feedback, resolving complaints and routing them as defined by department policy, procedures, and guidelines
  • Interact with other arenaflex staff to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and problems, particularly in Claims Services, Provider Services, ILR/COB, Payment Processing, the Provider Processing Center, Provider Relations, Provider Contracting, Medical Management, Benefits Administration, Pharmacy Services, and the Behavioral Health and High-End Imaging vendors
  • Handle calls regarding claim status, appeal status, eligibility, benefits, referral, and authorizations

Essential Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in customer service within a medical office or hospital setting

  • At least 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required keyboard navigation, screen navigation, and learning new software tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) to exchange information with our clients
  • High-speed, reliable internet (40 MBPS minimum) and a hardwired connection due to HIPAA requirements
  • A quiet, interruption-free workspace (will be asked to show your home workspace during the interview)
  • Ability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST, with flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a BPO or call center environment

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts
  • Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
